APPOINTMENTS AND PAYMENT

I provide individual psychotherapy exclusively. I work with adolescents, students, young professionals, and adults of all ages. Sessions are between 45 and 50 minutes and my fee is $160 per session. Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash and checks.

ACCEPTED INSURANCE POLICIES  

I accept the following health insurance plans:

• Blue Cross Blue Shield
• all PPO plans 

If you are using a PPO plan, you will have to submit some paperwork to get reimbursed. I will be happy to provide you with an invoice that contains all of the necessary information you will need to apply for reimbursement. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to make your appointment, I ask that you give me 24-hour notice.  If not cancelled in the required amount of time, there is an $85 missed appointment fee.
